Dr. Julia
Dr. Julia Perederiy, PhD is a neuroscientist, entrepreneur, and systems-level thinker, working at the intersection of regenerative biology, human health, and translational science.
Dr. Julia’s background spans academic research, industry R&D, management consulting, and early-stage innovation with her company OmBiome.
Through research, writing, and venture-building, Dr. Julia focuses on how living cellular ecosystems – including microbe-rich environments across the oral-gut-brain axis – shape function, repair, and resilience in the human body.
This site is a respectful space for inquiry, synthesis, and thoughtful discussion of what it means to advance human health and our living environments by working with (rather than against) the self-regulating biological systems that sustain life on our planet.

the platform

Advancing regenerative health through living cellular ecosystems reflects a systems-level approach to biology and medicine. Rather than treating cells, tissues, or organs as isolated components, this perspective understands human health as an emergent property of dynamic, self-organizing cellular ecosystems – shaped by feedback, context, and interaction over time.
Self-regulating ecosystems are the foundation of life on Earth. From early microbial communities thriving under extreme conditions to the complex biological systems that sustain human health today, regeneration and repair are not driven by single molecules or isolated signaling pathways alone. Instead, they arise from coordinated, adaptive relationships among cells, microbes, nutrients, and their environments
This platform explores what becomes possible when we move beyond reductionist thinking and extreme specialization toward more integrative, whole-body approaches to health and daily living that reconnect medicine, nutrition, agriculture, and biological resilience into a sustainable view of human and environmental well-being & longevity.
